The Complete Athlete
In order to realize the full potential of an thlete, all components that comprise athleticism must be masimized. Fast-Twitch provides just that—training and development of every element that will create the complete athlete. Whether the goal is to raise the performance level of a team, or to increase the success of an individual athlete.
Goal
Our goal is to help each athlete reach their maximal potential. This will be accomplished through functional sport-specific, age-appropriate training. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the hope of realizing each athlete's potential, and experiencing their maximum athletic potential.
Experience
Our Sports Performance Trainers offer over 40 years of sports performance training experience. They are degreed in the exercise sciences with accredited national certifications, as well as experienced in training athletes from amataur to professional levels.
Program Design
Each training session is designed to improve an athlete's speed, power, absolute strength, acceleration, first-step quickness, endurance and recovery time.
Speed Training
Speed training will include proper running technique, acceration movements, including, but not limited to, sprint work.
Agility Training
Agility training will focus on nervous system developments, including the use of speed ladders, hurdles and various cone-related drills.
Plyometric Training
Tlyometric training will focus on explosive movements designed to increase overall power. Trianing for this will involve leaps, bounds, skips and jumps.
Other Factors Stressed
Flexibility, both bynamic and static, core strength, hydration, nutritional guidance and conditioning.
Performance Testing
All athletes will be tested on lower body explosive power, speed, lateral movement and endurance at the onset and completion of the program.
